For Families - Our Fees & Guarantees

Our fee structure is competitive with other established agencies across the country and is as follows:

LONG TERM PLACEMENTS

• $200 non-refundable retainer is required to start your nanny search for a full time or part time nanny or domestic.
  
  • Retainer is good for one calendar year.
  • Retainer is credited towards placement fee.
  • Retainer allows you to use our great Temporary Service for one year as well (not including daily service fee).
    
    
• Placement fee for a live-out nanny is 10% of the nanny's first year gross compensation or $1800 minimum fee, whichever is greater.
  
  
• Placement fee for a live-out nanny manager (50% household management/50% childcare) is 12.5% of the nanny manager’s first year gross compensation or $1800 minimum fee, whichever is greater.
  
  
• Placement fee for a live-in nanny is 12% of the nanny's first year gross compensation or $2600 minimum fee, whichever is greater.
  
  
• Placement fee for a domestic is 15% of the domestic's first year gross compensation or $1800 minimum fee, whichever is greater.
  
  
• For your peace of mind, ABC Nannies & Domestics, Inc.® offers a 3 month guarantee for the placement of your long-term nanny or domestic.
  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your nanny or domestic within the first 3 months, we will provide you with a replacement at no charge to you.
  • If you need a replacement after 3 months, we will issue a prorated credit that can be applied towards your next placement.

SUMMER PLACEMENTS

• $100 non-refundable retainer is required to start your search for a summer nanny.
  • Retainer is credited towards placement fee.
    
    
• Placement fee for a summer nanny is $750 less the retainer fee.
  
  
• ABC Nannies & Domestics, Inc.® provides a 3 week guarantee for the placement of your summer nanny.
  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your nanny or domestic within the first 3 weeks, we will provide you with a replacement at no charge to you.

TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS

ABC Nannies has two options to assist you with your short-term childcare and household needs. Option one; become a member of our Temporary Service and gain access to our pool of pre-screened, experienced nannies and domestics as often as needed throughout the year at a discounted rate. Or Option two; take advantage of our Special Rates Membership, perfect for families who need assistance only a few times a year.

Annual Temporary Membership

• $100 annual registration fee
  
  
• $75 annual renewal fee each year thereafter
  • Registration/renewal fee is good for one calendar year.
  • If you choose to look for a long-term nanny, your temporary registration fee can be applied to the $200 retainer fee.
    
    
• $17 fee paid to our agency per weekday, evening and weekend per temporary is used (minimum of 4 hours per day).
  
  
• $20 fee paid to our agency per overnight.
  
  
• $25 fee paid to agency for less than 24 hours notice.
  

Special Rates Membership

• No annual registration fee
  
  
• $35 fee paid to our agency per weekday, evening and weekend per temporary is used (minimum of 4 hours per day).
  
  
• $40 fee paid to our agency per overnight.
